BY BOOKING A SESSION, I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS:

I consent and understand that the services provided by the practitioner ChaChanna Simpson are intended to enhance relaxation and increase communication within my body. However no warranties, expressed or implied are being offered with respect to the treatment.

I understand and agree that these services are not a substitute for medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment or medications. I am aware that diagnosis is not given and medication is not prescribed. I understand and agree that it is recommended and my personal responsibility to continue to have regular medical check-ups by a licensed healthcare provider as part of an overall health care plan.

I understand and agree that readings are for entertainment purposes only, and readings, coaching and consultations should never take the place of any medical, legal, financial, psychological or any other professional advice or guidance. Please seek professional medical, legal, financial, psychological consultation, if you have issues in these areas.

Neither ChaChanna Simpson personally, nor Light Your Own Path specifically has any responsibility for any decisions or actions taken by me based upon any reading, coaching or consultations. No guarantees are implied or stated.

I understand and agree that any readings or coaching I receive from ChaChanna Simpson representing Light Your Own Path are subject to my own interpretation and I take full responsibility for my interpretation and for my life choices.

ChaChanna Simpson and Light Your Own Path expressly disclaims responsibility and is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by me.

I understand and agree that participation is voluntary and that at all times I may choose to end my participation without penalty and without further obligation.

I understand and agree that I may experience subjective feelings of “healing reactions” during the 24 to 48 hours following the services provided. I further understand and agree that none of these subjective feelings are scientifically or medically based and do not encompass therapeutic treatments.

I understand and agree that any and all information exchanged during any session is educational in nature and is to be used at my own discretion. I further understand and agree that any and all information imparted during these sessions is strictly confidential in nature and will not be shared with anyone without my written permission except for such matters as authorized or required by law.

I understand and agree that by booking a session I am assuming full responsibility for my actions resulting from such services and I further agree to hold harmless both the practitioner ChaChanna Simpson and Light Your Own Path.

This written agreement is deemed to incorporate the entirety of all of the terms and conditions between the practitioner and me concerning the parameters of the services that are being provided to me. It supersedes all prior agreements between the practitioner and me, and may not be amended, superseded, cancelled or terminated other than in writing, and unless the writing is signed both by me and the practitioner.

All clauses within this agreement are severable and should a court find any provision herein unenforceable, the rest of the agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Refunds: There are no refunds once a session has been held.

Cancellation Policy: If I need to cancel my session, I have 24 hours before the commencement time of our session to reschedule or cancel in order to receive my money back.
