Your session will be recorded and sent to you in audio format—perfect for listening whenever you need a boost. It features the melodious sounds of my soothing voice, along with an intuitively guided meditation with music, designed to relax you and release stagnant energy.

• Sleep–Are you having trouble sleeping? You can get your own private reiki meditation to stop your racing thoughts so you can drift off into a peaceful sleep.

• Love & Relationship–Want to open your heart to love for yourself or others? Get a reiki meditation session to give you clarity on what is blocking you from fully allowing love in your life. 

• You are also free to share your specific situation or  simply allow me to be guided by intuition! No matter what you choose, this session is tailored to your specific needs.
